Interested authors are invited to submit an abstract of not more than 300 words.

Conference registration will be required before the final acceptance and inclusion of papers in the proceedings.

The Proceedings will be published by an international publisher, RESEARCH PUBLISHING www.rpsonline.com.sg and will be indexed at crossref.

Proceedings will also be submitted to Engineering Village EI, ISI Web of Science and Elsevier's Scopus for indexing in addition to other conference indexers for possible inclusion.
